Willowglen Non Vintage Brut -  S.E. Australia                                                              £6.65

 Made from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes this is chirpy young wine with more bubbles than finesse. It would be great at a party and would make a bucks fizz perfectly.

Schloss Zell Halbtrocken Sekt  - Germany                                                                  £5.55

 This is a medium dry sparkling white wine with lots of bubbles and an appealing grapey flavour.  It would suit the palate that doesn’t enjoy things too dry.

Champagne

 The term Growers Champagne is as it suggests; the owner of the vineyard is also the producer of the wine. This inevitably leads to high quality product and individual style. Gallimard is from the south of the region and made entirely from the noble Pinot Noir Grape. The style is soft and rounded and full of summer fruit flavours. It is still perfectly dry but without any austerity.  Also available in half bottles and magnums.
